A: RentMYHouse is a Rental Listing Service provided by NCDG, a full-service real estate company based in Michigan. We understand finding the right tenant can be a difficult task to accomplish. We are a small but dedicated team looking to help landlords who have difficulty finding a qualified tenant. We use our extensive real estate experience and a network of rental prospects to find the right tenant for you.

Q: How does RentMyHouse work?
A: First create your vacancy listing for free. After submitting your property information our rental assessment team will start the process of listing your property and generate prospective tenants for you. Once you receive prospective tenants you will be notified by email. Contact the prospective tenants and screen applicants. Select the most qualified tenant; sign the rental agreement provided in your account and start collecting rent!

Q: How much does it cost?
A: It’s Free to list your property in our network of rental properties. Once your property is listed, you will receive rental prospects and tenant applications who are interested in your property. In order to view their information you will need to upgrade your account to a Premium Account. There’s a fee of $99 to become a premium member for 60 days.

Q: How many leads will I get?
A: Our rental listings receive an average of 15 leads within the first 60 days. The better your listing is the more leads you will receive. Your listing will be advertised in hundreds of rental sources.

Q: What if I can't find a tenant?
A: Once your property listing information has been posted you will start receiving prospective tenants within 60 days of your listing being active. Our rental assessment team will monitor the activity of your listing and ensure your listing is competitive and generates leads. We will continue advertising your property until you find the right tenant.
